Gone are all the reception problems of the past, such as snowy pictures, ghosting, poor teletext. Now we have digital quality television with hundreds of digital tv and radio stations.

But unfortunately we have a host of new problems to spoil your viewing.

Unlike analogue tv there is no noticeable deteriation in picture quality. it will either work fine or it will be unwatchable. It can also be very random, some days it will work fine and for no apparent reason the next day the problem is back. Here are some questions we frequently receive.

I have missing channels, some of my programmes break up and block up. the sound keeps cutting in and out. these are all related to the poor reception, there are numerous reasons for this. You may have the wrong type of aerial, or a faulty amplifier, or local interference to name a few.

We have the latest diagnostic equipment enabling us to go strait to the fault. We do not charge for diagnostic fault finding work. Once we have located the problem we will give you a fixed price for repair or replacement. with no obligation to accept.
