Due to the nature of the product, Subscription viewing cards are not covered by a warranty unless they are official subscription cards and these are under warranty for as long as the broadcaster is broadcasting the programmes the card was intended to receive. The card is NOT covered if broadcasting stops due to the broadcaster going out of business or a change in schedules, or if the broadcast infringes UK broadcast law. If this is the case we are not liable for this action and you have bought said subscription cards with this knowledge.

All european satellite subscriptions sold in the uk are intended for domestic use in country of origin. We recommend you seek legal advise before using a european satellite system, as we can not be hold responsible for any actions taken against you.

The warranty covers defective parts which have developed a fault under normal working condition. Due to the high value of your system we recommend you keep the box in a secure location, as we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen boxes and cards.

We take every care to ensure our systems run trouble free for the entire length of your contract. If their is a problem we will try to rectify it over the phone. If a service call is required we will attend within 48 hours. if we can not rectify or repair on site we will need to send box for assessment and repair. Due to the nature of using a european system this may take some time depending on country of origin. we can not be held responsible for loss off earning or made liable for compensation . Non warranty call outs are chargeable at £70.00.

All satellite cards and equipment to be paid in advance. Payment for activated viewing cards/satellite receivers cannot be refunded once ordered .

genuine satellite subscription cards should only be used in the receiver provided. we can not be held responsible cards that have been mis-used. Linux boxes are supplied with original software installed we can not be held responsible for problems relating to software you have installed yourself.
