viasat premier league kick off passed with no problems
Hi although we are a established satellite installers, it was our first football season with viasat sports. so for me Saturday was a nervous affair, i could almost here telephone bells in my ears. For me every thing went like clock work. i was quite impressed with the quality of picture and overall the English commentary was of a high standard. Having the dedicated viasat pl channel re-running all the games is a nice touch. I have noticed there is still a lot of confusion out there, which is putting off some customers. Some comments i have received are.
i have been told there is no such thing as a two year viasat contract
Is there such a thing as a 1 year contract
Some one told me that some companies are selling 1 year deals as 2 year
i have had my box installed but there is a problem paring the card
Ive been told that some people are selling multi-room cards and boxes as standalone viasat boxes.
I could carry on but i think you get the picture. A personal take on these questions is, i think its just sales pitches and scaremongering from the vast array of web sites vying for you business. It would be interesting too get some feed back on any problems that you may have encountered. I’m not looking for finger pointing so please don’t name companies, and please keep to the point. I will then review your comments and post the best ones on my blog. ps a general location in respect to where you are would help authenticate your comments.
Some useful ideas to things to include would be.
Were you happy with the overall installation
Do you get any picture freeze or break up
Do you think you were over charged
What was the down time if you had a problem and how easy was it too contact customer services
and most important is did it bring in the punters.
I will contact all the pubs which i installed viasat and will post there comments during the week.
