  • Do I have to have a monthly subscription to have Sky?

  • Why does my Sky freeze in bad weather?

    This is quite common when using a small dish. It is caused by rain between the dish and the satellite. The term used to describe it is “rain fade”. The symptoms of rain fade can be more persistent if your dish is poorly aligned.

  • Do I have to use a Sky installer for a Sky installation?
