My TV hasn't been working for years - I called someone else out who informed me that there was no signal in my area (despite my neighbours having no problem!) Tony, on the other hand, called me back straight away, arrived promptly, climbed onto the roof, fixed the aerial for the agreed price and it's now working perfectly. He's professional, capable, straightforward and a very nice man. Highly recommended!
