• Do I need to pay a monthly subscription fee for Freesat?

  No, the Freesat service is completely free.

• What is the difference between Freesat and Freeview?

  Freeview is received through a digital aerial and Freesat is received through a satellite dish. The main advantage of Freesat is it has 98% coverage in Norfolk. Freesat also broadcasts more channels in HD.

• Will I need to change my TV to have Freesat?

  No, your tv may have built in Freesat, or you can use a satellite set top box.

• What if I am not allowed to have a satellite dish at my property?

  A discrete installation may be the answer, where the Freesat dish is mounted out of sight.

• Can I install Freesat myself?

  Yes, if you only need the satellite receiver. If you need a dish you should use a registered Freesat installer.

• If I want more than one Freesat box, will I need to add more satellite dishes?
